Neyyar DMS is a robust, distributed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system designed specifically for the dairy industry. It bridges the gap between central warehouse management and field-level sales through a unified, data-driven platform, digitizing the supply chain from warehouse to delivery.
System Architecture
The system is built on a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture, ensuring that each user has a tailored interface and secure permissions:
- Admin: The central command. Assigns delivery trips, manages global stock matrices, and reviews business analytics.
- Accountant: Handles financial bookkeeping, sales reconciliation, and auditing of stock logs across multiple storehouses.
- Salesman: The field operative. Uses a mobile-optimized PWA to record sales in real-time, update stock on the fly, and follow assigned trip routes.

Advanced stock management that tracks inventory across multiple physical location. It monitors stock-in and stock-out events and provides real-time visibility into perishable inventory levels to minimize waste.
Trip and Distribution Engine
A specialized logistics module where Admins create and assign distribution journeys to salesmen. This streamlines the delivery process and ensures every route is accounted for in the global system.
Business Intelligence
Transforms raw sales data into actionable business analytics. Field operatives update their daily tallies directly from the app, which instantly syncs with the central database for real-time performance tracking and forecasting.
